Met Player Monday - Pride Month & Black Lives Matter

As we usher in Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈, a time to celebrate the lives and love of those who for so long were made to live without the cultural validation of legal marriage, we would be remiss if we didn’t stand in solidarity in the condemnation of the killing of George Floyd and countless others. This isn’t a political issue, this is one of human rights. We all have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This impacts every single one of us – a world that isn’t safe and equitable for some of us, isn’t safe and equitable for all of us. We have many more musical memories to make with couples of all hues, genders, identifications, and orientations – and we look forward to doing that work.
